• Present and sell major healthcare treatment plans (ranging from $5k to $50k+) with empathy and confidence
• Consult with patients to understand their needs, goals, and concerns, helping them make empowered decisions
• Coordinate treatments by working closely with clinical teams
• Own your pipeline : diligent follow-up, tracking, and relationship-building with patients
• Use CRM systems and other software to manage patient communication and next steps
• Become an expert in a growing niche of dental healthcare sales (we'll train you fully on procedures, terminology, and systems) Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years of high-ticket, relationship-driven sales (medical sales, real estate, automotive, finance, or luxury industries preferred)
• Proven closer with a consultative, compassionate approach
• Excellent at building trust and guiding clients through complex decisions
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems (experience with CRM or sales tracking tools a plus)

Compensation

:

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission potential
• High-achievers can earn $140k+ annually
