Summary We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Evcor USA, LLC. This role is pivotal in driving sales and building relationships with clients in the engineering and maintenance sectors. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities * Generate new business leads through networking and outreach efforts. * Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling products. * Develop strong relationships with clients in various industries including healthcare and property management. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. * Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. * Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role within the B2B sector. * Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively. * Experience in technology sales is a plus but not required. * Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
