We are currently looking for an Account Manager Floater to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager Floater's role is to assist Rent-to-Own customers in bringing past due accounts current through negotiation and skilled communication. Account Manager Floaters are required to maintain exceptional customer service in high-stress situations, maintain professionalism at all times, and have a willingness to learn in order to bring the best outcomes to the company. Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships * Maintain exceptional customer service * Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives * Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Skills * Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Customer Service Representative or relevant role * Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with both customers and co-workers. * Solid computer experience. * Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs * Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail * Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities * Strong verbal and written communication skills Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Application Question(s): * Are you willing to take and can pass a pre-employment physical to include drug screening.
