Here 's what you'll be doing: As an Automotive Sales Associate at Mazda of South Charlotte, you 'll be the go-to person for our customers. You'll help them find the perfect new or pre-owned Mazda that fits their needs and budget. You'll show them all the cool features and benefits of our vehicles, and you'll make sure they drive off happy in their new or pre-owned Mazda. This role is perfect for someone who loves sales, customer service, and achieving results. Here are some of your key responsibilities: - Greet and help customers choose a new or pre-owned Mazda that 's right for them. - Show customers all the cool features and benefits of our vehicles. - Give them accurate information about financing, leasing, and trade-in options. - Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, following up to make sure they 're happy and loyal. As a Sales Associate, you 'll be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals and performance standards. You'll also stay up-to-date on product knowledge, vehicle technology, and industry trends. And let's not forget about maintaining a professional appearance and conducting yourself professionally throughout the customer interaction process. Collaboration with the finance, service, and management teams is essential to ensure smooth transactions.
