Regional Sales Manager - Pediatric Services (Broward County) Etairos Health - Broward County, FL Full-time | Base Salary + Commission About Us: Etairos Health is a leading provider of compassionate and comprehensive home health services across Florida. As we expand our footprint in pediatric care, we are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Broward County. Position Overview: The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in driving growth in our pediatric division by cultivating strong referral relationships with pediatric physician groups, hospitals, and case managers. Your primary mission will be to promote Etairos Health's pediatric home health services and secure patient referrals from healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities: * Establish and maintain relationships with pediatricians, hospitals, medical case managers, and social workers across Broward County. * Attend and represent Etairos Health at healthcare events, case manager meetings, and professional networking opportunities. * Present and promote pediatric home health services to potential referral sources. * Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to increase referral volume and market presence. * Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure seamless onboarding and coordination of pediatric patients. * Track outreach activity and maintain accurate records of contacts, referrals, and outcomes in CRM or reporting tools. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, referral source needs, and competitor offerings. Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or physician liaison roles (pediatric experience strongly preferred). * Proven success in building and maintaining referral networks within the healthcare industry. * Knowledge of home health or pediatric care services is a strong plus. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time and territory independently. * Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally throughout Broward County. Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position with commission opportunities based on performance and referral volume. Salary will be discussed during the interview process and is commensurate with experience.
