Product Specialist Responsibilities: * Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Present vehicle features and benefits and demonstrate during test drives. * Present and explain various purchase and leasing options. * Support online customers by responding to inquires and setting appointments. * Follow-up with existing customers to insure their satisfaction and to generate future referrals and repeat business. * Stay current with industry trends and continuously learn about our new products. Applicant Requirements: * The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed * Basic computer and phone skills are required * Prior customer service experience is helpful, but not required. We will train you for success. * Must have valid driver's license and submit to criminal background and check.
