Product Specialist

Responsibilities

:

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Present vehicle features and benefits and demonstrate during test drives.
• Present and explain various purchase and leasing options.
• Support online customers by responding to inquires and setting appointments.
• Follow-up with existing customers to insure their satisfaction and to generate future referrals and repeat business.
• Stay current with industry trends and continuously learn about our new products. Applicant

Requirements

:

• The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Basic computer and phone skills are required
• Prior customer service experience is helpful, but not required. We will train you for success.
• Must have valid driver's license and submit to criminal background and check.
