Full description of the position

Conversion Interactive Agency is seeking a "Task Master" and B2B marketing creator who is ready to take on a fun and exciting new role as Marketing Account Executive on our marketing team. This is a full-time, hybrid position (work from home Mondays and Fridays - in our Brentwood, TN office Tuesdays- THursdays). Our days are fast-paced but rarely the same, and for this role we are looking for someone who loves to tell brand stories, execute marketing strategy for multiple brands and products, lead trade show and event planning projects, and implement our marketing planning as part of the core marketing team. Conversion Interactive Agency's marketing team manages multiple industry- leading brands in the transportation industry, and our marketing strategy is the foundation for telling our brands' stories. The Marketing Account Executive, coordinates and executes on a variety of marketing strategies, is a core team member of our trade show and events team, supports the Conversion sales team to improve revenue growth, and executes marketing strategy on multiple channels used by the organization. This requires excellent writing skills, organizational expertise, project management, and a strategic B2B marketing mind. With the best creative team in the industry behind them (we are an advertising agency after all), the Marketing Account Executive will have great resources available to execute marketing strategies for the leading recruitment marketing and technology company in the transportation industry. Marketing Account Executive * Full time = 40 hours/week * Pay commensurate with experience General duties include: * Develop and execute B2B marketing strategy and planning for all company brands and technology products. * Execute trade show and event planning for company events. * Support the sales team in various marketing initiatives to help drive new revenue. * Ongoing marketing reporting for all company brands. * Manage contacts, drip campaigns, and the lead funnel in HubSpot. * Project manage various marketing projects for the organization, including projects for multiple brands, industry events, etc. Skills and Experience: * Previous experience in B2B marketing implementation and development (2-4 years preferable). * Strong copywriting skills for various project types including ad copy, email marketing, and more. * Strong project management skills. * Experience working in HubSpot is required. * Experience using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint specifically. * Working knowledge of key-performance-indicators related to B2B marketing performance. * Strong verbal communication and project management skills. Additional Consideration for: * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred. * Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the marketing lead funnel. * B2B brand marketing and product marketing planning experience a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently. * Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities and recurring deadlines. Any knowledge of and experience in presentation building in PPT, podcast, Canva, Beautiful presentation tool, etc. preferred.
