Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to guide customers through the car buying process while ensuring a positive experience. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection. * Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact through to closing the sale. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base. * Negotiate terms of sale and financing options with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. * Maintain accurate records of inventory management and sales activities using relevant software tools. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance in retail sales. * Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Experience * Proven experience in sales management or a related field is preferred. * Strong background in customer service with a track record of building relationships. * Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies, particularly in the automotive sector. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. * Experience in cold calling and lead generation is a plus. * Proficient in using software for inventory management and sales tracking is advantageous.
