E-Commerce and Jewelry Sales Specialist (employment is contingent on criminal background check and credit check) Position Summary : Write full detailed descriptions of jewelry to be posted on a multiplatform software, Product photography, Shipping and Receiving of all orders, Inventory organization, and customer service to all customers, and have knowledge and be prepared to help in store when needed. Platforms that will be worked with: Ebay, Etsy, Sellbrite, Personal Iroff Website, Facebook MarketPlace, Google Shopping, Instagram Shopping. Training on online platforms will be provided. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: * Ability to read and understand simple instructions, notes, letters, and memos * Ability to write simple correspondences * Ability to add/subtract/multiply/ and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals * Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage to prepare and interpret bar graphs E-Commerce Duties: * Full Jewelry Description write up * Cleaning, Polishing, weighing items * Create Inventory Sku numbers for all new items * Product photography and photo edits * Posting to multiple platforms * Ship out orders each morning * Handle return orders and refunds * Manage messaging channels on each platform * Inventory Management Sales Floor Expectations: * Display merchandise * Greeting customers * Repair intakes * Handling phone calls * Write job tickets for new repairs * Be prepared to help on sales floor when necessary Education And/Or Experience Required: * High school diploma or equivalent * Must Have Photography Experience (portfolio would be requested) * History/experience with online sales is a plus Required Skills: -Computer basics: Word, Excel, Google Drive ETC. - Digital Camera ( Canon EOS) DSLR Knowledge - Light Box - Lightroom - Product/ Marco Photography - Listing Software (specifically Ebay, Etsy, Sellbrite) COVID-19 Precaution(s): * Social distancing guidelines in place * Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Work Remotely * No Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Schedule: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * No nights * No weekends Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Application Question(s): * How many years of jewelry experience do you have? * Tell me more about your jewelry experience .
