Job Summary The Online Sales Lead & AI Specialist is responsible for driving online sales through proactive client engagement, leveraging digital platforms, and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize communications, analyze sales data, and streamline digital selling processes. This role involves managing existing business-to-business (B2B) client relationships while expanding our customer base through effective online sales strategies. Primary ResponsibilitiesOnline Sales & Client Engagement * Lead online sales activities targeting end-users and existing business clients primarily through digital channels, including email, phone, chat, and virtual meetings. * Maintain and expand existing client relationships by proactively identifying and communicating sales opportunities and product solutions. * Manage the online sales pipeline effectively, ensuring follow-ups, client satisfaction, and successful closing of sales opportunities. AI & Digital Automation * Employ AI tools (e.g., OpenAI) daily to automate customer interactions, draft professional email communications, respond promptly to common inquiries, and streamline sales activities. * Utilize AI-driven analytics to track sales performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement. * Continuously explore, evaluate, and integrate advanced AI solutions to improve efficiency and online sales performance. Digital Advertising & Optimization * Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, and other relevant digital platforms to drive online sales. * Regularly analyze digital advertising metrics to refine strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI). * Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align digital advertising with overall sales objectives. Organization & Sales Reporting * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and campaign performance. * Provide regular updates and insightful sales reports to management. * Ensure all online sales initiatives align with company objectives and operational strategies. Qualifications & Skills Essential: * Proven experience in online sales, preferably business-to-business (B2B), demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively online. * Comfortable initiating sales-oriented phone calls and managing client relationships proactively. * Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, specifically Google Ads and Amazon Advertising. * Strong interest and demonstrated proficiency in using AI-driven technologies to enhance sales processes and customer interactions. * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency with productivity tools like Slack and workflow automation platforms. Beneficial (Preferred but not essential): * Familiarity with AI-enhanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. * Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting.
