4 Seasons Heating & Cooling, Atlanta's finest 5-star Heating and Cooling Company, is currently looking for Retail HVAC Sales Associates to generate HVAC leads at Costco and select events and select Home Shows in and around Georgia. We have a robust training program and will teach the right candidates how to be successful. Due to our expansive growth, we are looking to hire qualified individuals immediately! Realize your full potential in this unique sales-support role, generating appointments within the walls of our national, big-box home-improvement retail partner, Costco. This high-volume, popular brand location offers the perfect setting to engage with customers seeking precisely what you have to offer: top-quality HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement programs. We offer hourly pay PLUS an excellent commission/bonus package. Starting pay is $18 + commission, and annual compensation is based on performance. Required Credentials:

• A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to walk the floor during working hours to increase customer interaction
• Willingness/ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting.
• Some sales experience.
