Opal MD Aesthetics is looking for a skilled and personable Sales Consultant to guide clients through our transformative medical spa treatments. Your primary role will be to conduct in-depth consultations, assess client needs, and recommend customized treatment packages to help them achieve their aesthetic goals. Responsibilities * Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns and educate them on available treatments and solutions. * Create tailored treatment plans and packages that align with client needs and goals. * Present package options and financing solutions to maximize client accessibility and satisfaction. * Build rapport with clients, providing a comfortable and professional consultation experience. * Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of recommended packages. * Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and technologies in medical aesthetics. * Maintain detailed consultation records and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with team members to support a seamless client journey from consultation to treatment. Qualifications * Strong sales experience, with a preference for experience in the medical spa, beauty, or wellness industry. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. * Knowledge non-invasive aesthetic treatments (training provided if needed). * Passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. * Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
