Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
• Guide customers from check-in to repair completion
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices
• Communicate technical issues in a clear, understandable manner
• Offer repair estimates and recommend additional services
• Ensure all repairs meet uBreakiFix quality standards
• Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment
• Answer phone calls professionally and convert inquiries to store visits
• Manage inventory accurately and uphold store cleanliness
• Utilize POS system for customer records and repair tracking

Requirements

:

• 1-3 years of customer service or retail sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
