Responsibilities * Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. * Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs while providing expert advice and recommendations. * Supervise sales floor activities to ensure optimal customer service and operational efficiency. * Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability. * Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately and securely. * Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals through collaborative efforts. * Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up support. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Strong ability to conduct product demos effectively, showcasing the value of products to customers. * Excellent supervisory skills to guide team members and maintain a productive work environment. * Proficient in managing stock levels and inventory control processes. * Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. * Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. * A passion for sales, with the drive to meet or exceed targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
