You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service with a friendly demeanor while efficiently managing transactions and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store. Your primary duties will include: * Greeting customers warmly as they enter the shop and engaging in friendly conversation. * Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system. * Recommending menu items using upselling techniques and offering information about our coffee and bakery products. * Preparing and serving beverages and food items according to our quality standards. * Anticipating customer needs and proactively addressing any questions or concerns. * Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including but not limited to restocking supplies, cleaning bathrooms, washing dishes, submitting production orders and more. * Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management. * Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
