Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Business Development professional at Innov8 Supply, located in Orlando, FL with the option for some work from home. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to lead generation, market research, customer service, and effective communication to drive business growth and development.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Market Research expertise
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Lead Generation
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
• Experience in Business, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
• Manage account portfolios, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies and product demos.
