Victor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Victor/Canandaigua/Rochester area's newest CDJR franchise, is looking for a highly motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to support our exponential growth into our new state of the art building! Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology * Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. * Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business. * Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations * Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. * Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day * Must be willing to work Saturdays Requirements * High school diploma or GED required * 2+ years of sales experience; automotive sales preferred * Knowledge of automotive products preferred, but not required * Unrestricted, Valid NYS driver's license required * Must be able to work Saturdays * Neat, clean, and professional appearance * Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and staff * Basic computer and internet skills * Physical Requirements * Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift up to 10 lbs. as needed * Spends 75% of work day standing/walking; 25% sitting Victor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law_.
