Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen, making it essential for the Account Manager to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for technology sales. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for account growth. * Conduct warm calls to potential clients, presenting our products and services effectively. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. * Utilize Salesforce to track account activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns promptly. * Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices in account management. * Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, promotions, and service enhancements. Qualifications * Proven experience in account management or a similar role within technology sales. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. * Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. * Knowledge of technical sales processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
