Your ability to engage with customers and understand their needs will directly impact the store's success and customer satisfaction. * Greet customers warmly and ascertain their shopping needs. * Assist customers in product selection and provide detailed information about products. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals. * Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting stock counts. * Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. * Engage in promotional activities and assist in merchandising efforts. * Provide feedback on customer preferences and sales trends to management.
