Summary: The Business Development Center Representative supports our sales and service efforts by contacting prospective and recent customers. Job Responsibilities: * Maintain a minimum standard of outbound calls to prospective customers * Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the system * Approach each call with a goal to transfer or set an appointment for customers to visit the dealership * Answer sales calls and inquiries in a prompt and timely manner, and make any follow-up calls to unsold customers * Adhere to lead management plan guidelines for each lead in your database * Accurately record interactions with each prospective customer in our database * Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
