JOB DESCRIPTION : By joining our team of Sales Consultants, you will be assisting customers with their purchase of New and Pre-Owned Toyota vehicles through our simple iPad purchase process. Our innovative CLEAR approach allows you to guide a guest through their purchase from start to finish. REQUIREMENTS: * Highly motivated and self-driven to succeed * Excellent listening and communication skills * Comfort using digital tools and platforms, including CRM software, to manage leads and customer information effectively. * Maintain valid driver's license with insurable driving record * 1 year of sales experience preferred but not essential * Team player with a growth mindset. Our current sales consultants can expect to earn $84,000 yearly with top performers earning over $175,000. There is no cap on earning potential, and our pay structure isn't affected by market conditions. With access to over 200,000 existing customers, you always have client opportunities.
