Hourly Pay $25-32/hr COMMISSION- Uncapped potential (10-20% of Packages sold)

Qualifications

and Necessary Skills : Spa or Medical experience preferred.

• SALES EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS IS MANDATORY.
• Must be EXTREMELY confident in selling.
• Must be able to have a 75% closing rate.
• Have a service-oriented personality and great interpersonal skills.
• You will be certified and trained in the use of CryoSkin equipment.
• You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet/exceed sales goals measured weekly/monthly.
• Maintain self-motivation and be number driven.
• Provide proper recommendations based on client needs in a proper consultation format. Exceptional customer service maintained at all times.
• Dedicated to providing a one-of-a-kind experience for clients.
• Maintaining accurate records of each session.
• Meeting with clients, performing treatments.
• Scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments.
• Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Selling services to existing and new clients
• Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed.
• Educating clients on Lux Wellness Company modalities and products that support and enhance their experience
• Assist with marketing, promotions, and special events.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure clients concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
