Job Title: Customer Sales and Service Representative Job Type: Full-Time 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST Location: 805 Maple Avenue, Los Angeles, CA, 90014 Hourly Rate: $20 - $24 / Hour Based on Experience. About the working place 805 Maple is a brick and mortar Store. Majority of our clients are wholesalers.

About the Role

We are looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Sales and Service Representative to join our in-store team. If you enjoy engaging with people, have a strong eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to walk-in clients
• Assist customers during check-out and when selecting products upon request
• Learn our product lines through on-site training to confidently assist clients
• Occasionally organize products and maintain store tidiness when the store is quiet
• Follow up with potential clients via email or phone
• Make warm calls to high-value clients to build and maintain relationships
• Handle invoicing and ensure transaction accuracy
• Promote and upsell relevant products during and after the sale Who We're Looking For
• Must be permitted to work in USA
• Outgoing and confident when engaging with new people
• Professional communication skills (both in-person and via phone/email)
• Detail-oriented, especially with invoicing and order handling
• Comfortable making follow-up calls and warm calls to existing or potential clients
• Motivated to learn product knowledge and recommend solutions to clients
• Team player who's proactive when the store is quiet
• Spanish Speaking is a huge plus

Compensation

& Work Terms

• Starting at $20/hour , based on experience and performance up to $24/hour
• Includes 30 minutes paid lunch time.
• This is an at-will employment position
• Failure to show up for two consecutive scheduled workdays without communication will result in automatic job forfeiture
• After 1 year of employment , 3 paid sick days will be granted annually
• All other employment policies strictly follow federal and state employment laws Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
