Duties

for an Outside Sales Account Manager:

• Generate lead opportunities through multi-channel marketing efforts
• Meet Insurance Adjusters to review damage found to the property and properly document all damage (climbing ladders and walking on roofs)
• Consult with homeowners on our restoration process and contract them with TDC to perform their work
• Communicate all aspects of project to Project Managers/Production Manager via pictures/documentation
• Maintain communication with homeowners to ensure complete satisfaction with their project
• Collect all monies associated with the project
• Work around projects that are being completed to increase market share through referral introductions
• Update TDC database daily to manage lead/project funnel

Qualifications

and Skills

• A proven track record (min. of 2 years) of success in a commission-based home services sales role
• Physical capability to climb ladders and walk on roofs
• Ability to read a tape measure and possess basic math skills
• Professional appearance along with great communication skills
• Comfortable with cold & warm calling and building relationships with potential clients
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals
• Ability to effectively utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities What our current Outside Sales Account Manager's appreciate about Triple Diamond Construction:
