This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of clients while actively managing and growing a specialized book of business. The ideal candidate excels at building strong relationships, identifying coverage opportunities, and driving client satisfaction and retention. Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, remote position supporting clients in Florida. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and providing proactive support. * Deliver a superior customer experience through timely communication and personalized service. * Manage both new and renewal accounts by assessing risk, recommending coverage options, and aligning policies with underwriting guidelines. * Maintain accurate client records and efficiently process policy changes, endorsements, and documentation. * Analyze renewal and expiration reports to identify and act on retention opportunities. * Support revenue growth by cross-selling additional products that align with client needs. * Utilize industry knowledge to provide expert guidance and recommend optimal insurance solutions. Collaborate with Producers, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure smooth processes and clear communication. * REquired Florida 2-20 Insurance License
