Job Description: Full-Time in-home sales position. You will be responsible for in person consultations with homeowners selling kitchen, bathroom, and whole home remodeling. Our company places a lot of value on generating highly qualified leads. Required Qualifications /Skills: * Run Company-Generated Lead Appointments Scheduled by our Office Team * Network and Build Relationships to Expand Business with New Clients * Generate Sales by completing Prospecting and Marketing Activities set forth by Management * Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding services, products, pricing, availability, product use, and payment terms. * Maximize Territory Performance * Prepare and execute a Daily Sales Plan * Educate and Sell Company Products and Services to New and Existing Clients Qualifications: * At least 2 years of Sales Experience in any field, Construction, or Industrial Sales is Required. * Strong Negotiation Skills. * Able to Build and Maintain Relationships(Networking) * Ability to Build Rapport with Clients * Experience in Growing Market Share * Must have a Tenacious Drive to Sell and the Ability to Problem-Solve * Strong Mathematics and Computer Skills are Essential * Strong Organizational Skills and Sales Tracking Abilities * Strong Desire to Move Up Within the Company Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 Average first year earning $150,000.00.
