Duties * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties. * Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings. * Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service. * Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. * Stay informed about local real estate trends and market conditions. * Manage property listings and maintain accurate records of transactions. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout all transactions. * Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties effectively.
