Visit us at [please apply online] KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Achieve sales expectations * Identify potential new customers that are a good fit for our machining services * Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships across diverse industries * Obtain initial and repeat orders for machined parts from customers * Be available for travel to customer locations DESIRED SKILLS: * Excellent selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Strong conflict resolution skills * Strong written and verbal communication; effective listening skills SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL: * Be enjoyable to work with and exhibit a great attitude * Exhibit hunger, humility, and people-smarts * Be highly motivated and target-driven * Possess a versatile, adaptive, and intuitive nature * Be passionate about serving others through quality work * See challenges as opportunities to learn and grow * Receive and deliver feedback constructively; take ownership * Arrive on-time, every day COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES: * Salary starts at $80,000 and is expected to double (between salary and commission) over the next four years when sales expectations are met * Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement will be provided * 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year and 128 hours your second year.
