Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years experience with a proven ability to make high-volume daily cold calls. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales and communication skills, excels at building relationships with potential clients, and demonstrates a persistent, goal-oriented mindset. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales while effectively managing a high volume of outbound calls. Key Responsibilities: * Complete 75-100 outbound cold calls daily to potential customers to generate leads and close sales. * Engage with prospects to identify their needs, present solutions, and build long-term relationships. * Manage and track all sales activities in a CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-ups. * Develop and understand the company's products and services to effectively communicate value to customers. * Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally to maximize sales opportunities. * Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills: * Experience in Inside sales or a similar role. * Proven experience making a high volume of cold calls per day with a track record of achieving sales targets. * Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. * Ability to quickly build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients. * Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in B2B services and customer services, preferred. * Familiarity with objection-handling techniques and consultative selling. * Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies and market conditions.
