A premier Home Care company in Encino, California is seeking and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to nurture current customer relationships while creating new relationships to promote new referrals. This amazing company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to work with our sales team and drive increased referrals and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in in-home care needs, collaborating with referral partners, with a proven track record of outside sales performance. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Duties * The candidate will have experience in outside sales and marketing. * The candidates will have a sales area including downtown Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, LA, Beverly Hills, Encino, Santa Monica, Burbank, Woodland Hills, North ridge, Hollywood and the South Bay. * In-Home Care experience is highly preferred but not required. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through exceptional customer service. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. * Utilize Monday.com for account management and tracking sales performance metrics. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. * Coordinate with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions for upper management. * Oversee the development of promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing strategies. * Actively represent company at sponsored events, professional group's invitations, and industry association meetings or conferences to discuss and/or present products. * The candidate will have strong sense of ethics, integrity, loyalty, and honesty. Skills * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Familiar with CRM systems to track leads, next steps for current relationships, and outreach management. * Proficiency in Monday.com or similar CRM tools. * Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. * Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction and problem solving. * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
