As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated, Miami/Fort Lauderdale area-based, Territory Sales Manager to develop and maintain business relationships with pool builders, landscapers, architects, and general contractors, as well as distribution channels, across South Florida View our website and gallery to see products and installations: [please apply online] Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and motivated outside salesperson to join our team and help drive business growth throughout South Florida. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with Landscapers, Pool Builders, Architects, and Wholesale Distributors. You will be providing exceptional customer service and technical support, ensuring product installations, pricing inquiries, and technical issues are handled with expertise. This position requires frequent travel across the set region to build strong customer relationships, deliver product training, and contribute to the success of the region. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: * Develop and grow the current distribution network, identifying new opportunities across South Florida. * Manage, train, and support existing customers, while expanding the customer base through new relationships. * Create and maintain a customer database for marketing and product awareness (HubSpot-based). * Develop regular call plans for both targeted and existing customers, updating CRM (HubSpot) with timely activity logs and key client information. * Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients at multiple levels by providing outstanding technical support, sales support and customer service regarding products, installations, pricing, and technical information. Service: * Provide technical assistance and advice to Landscapers, Pool Installers, and other customers. * Ensure efficient customer service, timely responses to inquiries, and accurate reporting. * Handle inbound customer service inquiries generated by various sales channels. * Offer hands-on support for product installations and resolve complex technical issues. * Provide on-site assistance as required, offering practical solutions to technical challenges. Trade Shows: * Coordinate and attend trade shows within the region, representing the company in a professional and positive manner. * Work closely with the Head of USA Division to schedule and plan trade show activities. * Promote the company's products and services, driving brand awareness and customer engagement. Skills and Experience: * Proven experience in outside sales, customer service, or account management, ideally in the construction, pool, or landscaping industries. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships at all levels. * Hands-on technical problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively. * Ability to travel frequently throughout the set region to meet customers and attend events. * Experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) for customer relationship management and sales tracking. * A proactive approach to managing customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and solutions.
