What You 'll Do: * Conduct in home or virtual consultations to assess energy needs and present tailored solar solutions. * Generate leads through door to door outreach, community engagement, and referrals. * Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth sales process. * Negotiate pricing and confidently close sales while building lasting trust with clients. * Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools. * Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless experience from sale to installation. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the best solutions for clients. What We 're Looking For: * Proven success in outside sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy (but not required we provide training!). * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling you to connect with diverse communities. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * A proactive attitude and experience in door to door sales or lead generation. * Passion for renewable energy and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
