As an Inside Sales Agent/Outbound Sales Associate, you will embark on a clear career path supported by established strategies, innovative technology, and extensive training. Responsibilities * Successfully complete PLACE Launch program. * Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes. * Deliver precise, written feedback to help refine clients' home search criteria. * Draft and negotiate offers under the direction of the sales agent for clients. * Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation activities. * Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines. * Take part in team events and activities according to team standards. * Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls. * Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
