Position Summary The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key e-commerce accounts, overseeing day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business, and driving sales growth through data analysis and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: * Manage and nurture relationships with Tier 1 pureplay dropship account Wayfair and Wayfair's 3PL CastleGate. Manage and nurture relationships with Tier 2 pureplay dropship accounts such as: Target, Lowes, AAFES, and more). Collaborate with Sagebrook sales representative team to manage new dropship business. * Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment. Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable insights. Provide weekly reporting on results to management. * Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure that sales efforts align with the broader business strategy. * Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to online retailers and customers. * Manage PPC campaigns and promotional pricing strategy for owned accounts, optimizing ROI and staying within budget. * Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner. * Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. * Work with finance and product teams to set and maintain competitive pricing while ensuring healthy profit margins. * Oversee the creation and maintenance of product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search visibility across all e-commerce platforms. * Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. * Assist in negotiating and renewing contracts with e-commerce partners, ensuring favorable terms for Sagebrook Home. * Represent Sagebrook Home at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and build relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements: * Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role * Home furnishing experience a plus * Experience managing PPC campaigns and hitting ROAS goals * In-depth knowledge of e-commerce industry and best practices * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and must have knowledge using formulas and pivot tables. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental Insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Physical Setting: Office Ability to commute/relocate: Commerce, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
