Job Summary: MUST HAVE 5 YEAR MORTGAGE LENDING EXPERIENCE: We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager who is motivated and focused on achieving results to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in Non-QM. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities: * Team production development. * Develop Account Executives (AEs). * Manage the sales pipeline effectively. * Cultivate new relationships with brokers. * Convert sales leads efficiently.
