Pierce and Belle at Home is looking for a part-time sales associate with experience in mid- to high-end women's fashion. Our clients appreciate timeless , elegant styles and expect a personalized, respectful shopping experience. If you love building relationships, helping women feel confident, and working in a beautiful environment, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities: * Greet customers warmly and build lasting client relationships * Offer personalized styling advice and fitting room assistance * Maintain in-depth knowledge of our brands, fabrics, and fits * Keep store displays clean, inviting, and well-organized * Assist with stock replenishment, steaming, tagging, and occasional events * Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals * Provide occasional phone or email follow-up to loyal clients Qualifications: * 2+ years experience selling women's clothing, preferably in boutiques or higher-end stores * Strong eye for fashion, fit, and personal style * Friendly, polished, professional demeanor * Comfortable using POS systems and light computer work * Dependable, self-motivated, team player * Passion for helping mature women find their perfect pieces Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.51 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Morning shift Application Question(s): * Are you available Fridays and Saturdays (our busier days of the week) Ability to Commute: * Spring, TX 77373 (Required) Work Location: In person
