Job Title: Customer Development Representative Location(s): Blue Ash, OH About this position : We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by managing customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about providing exceptional service while maintaining accurate records and contributing to operational efficiency. Responsibilities: * Discover, qualify, and dispatch leads to Sales Teams * Maintain proper documentations of new business opportunities in CRM database * Handle all incoming customer inquiries from phone and emails * Reviving dormant sales leads with lead nurturing campaign * Supporting marketing team in the data mining and leads maintain activities * Various other tasks that may be assigned by the direct supervisors Qualifications: * AA Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience. * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written format. * One (1) year Customer Service experience is a plus, will train the right person. * Salesforce CRM experience preferred. * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word. * Ability to multi-task, with minimal supervision.
