What You'll Do

:

• Roll out the red carpet for customers: greet, assist, and deliver exceptional service throughout the buying process.
• Showcase vehicles and passionately explain features, benefits, and financing options.
• Own your sales pipeline: follow up with leads, make outbound calls, and close deals.
• Negotiate like a pro, ensuring both the customer and dealership walk away winning.
• Help manage inventory, ensuring the best vehicles are always available for our guests.
• Work side-by-side with a team that pushes each other to be the best. What You'll Need:
• Strong public speaking chops and top-tier communication skills.
• Customer service skills so good they practically sparkle.
• Solid outbound sales skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Comfort with CRM software and managing a sales pipeline. (We will help)
• Ability to manage inventory and basic retail math.
• Bonus points if you're bilingual or multilingual. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
