We are expanding our business development team and are looking for passionate professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. Job Description: As a Sales Representative at Swiss Millwork, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. You'll act as the link between our expert craftsmen and clients seeking the highest quality in cabinetry and millwork design. This position is ideal for a driven and polished sales professional who understands the value of craftsmanship, can interpret construction drawings, and knows how to build long-term trust with decision-makers in the design and construction ecosystem. Responsibilities: * Identify and engage prospective clients including general contractors, developers, interior designers, and architects. * Promote Swiss Millwork's capabilities, highlighting our craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail. * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to proposal delivery and contract closure. * Attend site visits and project meetings to understand scope and provide tailored solutions. * Coordinate with estimating and production teams to ensure feasibility, pricing accuracy, and timely delivery. * Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. * Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and construction project pipelines in South Florida. Requirements: * Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within millwork, cabinetry, construction, interior design, or architecture sectors. * Strong understanding of construction processes and ability to read technical plans or shop drawings. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline. * Professional appearance and reliable transportation. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
