Partners Fulfillment is looking for a dedicated Assistant Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a growing fulfillment company, we offer a collaborative work environment where your contributions matter! What You 'll Be Doing: * Customer Management: Own a group of customer accounts and ensure their needs are met efficiently. * Order Management: Expedite customer orders from start to finish, ensuring smooth and timely processing. * System work: Work within our IT systems to manage projects, orders and statuses. MIcrosoft Excel and ERP type system work * Customer Communication: Engage with customers daily via email to address inquiries and resolve any issues. * Warehouse Interaction: Spend approximately 10% of your time working directly with the Fulfillment team on the warehouse floor to ensure order accuracy and review new products. What We 're Looking For: * Experience: Prior experience in customer service or account support, ideally in logistics or warehouse settings, is preferred. * Skills: Strong proficiency with Excel and data entry. * Attributes: Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player. * Education: Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
