A top-producing real estate team at Comey & Shepherd, Hyde Park is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented part-time assistant to help deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through closing--and beyond. An Ohio real estate license is a must! What You 'll Do: * Help maintain an organized database and client relationship system. * Provide office coordination support: track deadlines, update database, manage documentation, listing coordination. * Manage client care tasks such as handwritten notes, personalized follow-ups, scheduling real estate reviews to stay top of mind with past and current clients. What We 're Looking For: * Prior experience in real estate is preferred. * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. * Friendly, professional communication * Tech-comfortable (CRMs, email, e-signature platforms) with a willingness to learn. * Someone who enjoys supporting others and takes pride in delivering quality work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the real estate industry but prefers a support role.
