Key Responsibilities: Retail Sales Support: * Finalize deal paperwork and ensure accuracy. * Arrange timely vehicle releases and collect required documents. * Complete DMV title and registration for Florida and out-of-state sales. * Process financing paperwork (liens, notes, installment contracts). Wholesale Sales Support: * Ensure vehicle listings and details (keys, damage, titles) are accurate for auctions. * Process titles promptly to avoid delays and fees. * Close wholesale deal paperwork after payment is received. * Coordinate vehicle release and documentation. Purchasing Support (Wholesale, Trade, Consignment): * Work with buyers and payables to document and pay for vehicle purchases. * Support trade-in and consignment processes. * Verify accuracy of payments and ensure title receipt and documentation. * Coordinate with logistics to move vehicles as needed. Inventory & General Tasks: * Audit vehicle inventory monthly and report results. * Handle dealer tags and auction card renewals. * Perform other tasks as assigned. Dispatch Responsibilities: * Ensure transporters meet DOT and insurance requirements. * Schedule and dispatch local and out-of-state vehicle transports. * Track deliveries, release transport payments, and keep customers updated. * Obtain and share shipping quotes with sales and customers. * Resolve transport issues and manage insurance claims when needed.
