Key Responsibilities

: Retail Sales Support:

• Finalize deal paperwork and ensure accuracy.
• Arrange timely vehicle releases and collect required documents.
• Complete DMV title and registration for Florida and out-of-state sales.
• Process financing paperwork (liens, notes, installment contracts). Wholesale Sales Support:
• Ensure vehicle listings and details (keys, damage, titles) are accurate for auctions.
• Process titles promptly to avoid delays and fees.
• Close wholesale deal paperwork after payment is received.
• Coordinate vehicle release and documentation. Purchasing Support (Wholesale, Trade, Consignment):
• Work with buyers and payables to document and pay for vehicle purchases.
• Support trade-in and consignment processes.
• Verify accuracy of payments and ensure title receipt and documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics to move vehicles as needed. Inventory & General Tasks:
• Audit vehicle inventory monthly and report results.
• Handle dealer tags and auction card renewals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned. Dispatch

Responsibilities

:

• Ensure transporters meet DOT and insurance requirements.
• Schedule and dispatch local and out-of-state vehicle transports.
• Track deliveries, release transport payments, and keep customers updated.
• Obtain and share shipping quotes with sales and customers.
• Resolve transport issues and manage insurance claims when needed.
