About the Role

Whippy is seeking an all-star Senior Sales Development Rep who thrives on high call volume, is resilient in the face of rejection, and excels in discovery, to join our dynamic team. OTE for this position $86,000 $50k base & $36k variable (or $3,000/monthly target commission) Consistently exceeding goals will create allow S SDR to apply for SMB AE position. What you'll do Own the sales cycle from qualifying the lead to setting up a demo for our AEs. Conduct outbound sales across mediums such as cold calling, email outreach, Linkedin prospecting etc. Manage a pipeline of active leads and utilize CRM (Hubspot) Willing to refine sales messaging & strategies to achieve sales initiatives Crush monthly Quotas What we're looking for 2+ years doing outbound sales utilizing sales enablement softwares Proven experience doing a high number of daily cold calls (both office & mobile) Created & conducted sales sequences including copy & testing Extremely entrepreneurial given you would be an early sales hire Strong desire to move towards a full cycle role and close deals Want to work with a small team in an agile & scrappy startup environment Do not need to be micro managed and can, when needed, figure things out on your own Excellent written and verbal communication skills What we offer Target OTE for this position is $86,000 Meaningful equity in a growing company (you are getting in on the ground floor) Opportunity to take on significant responsibility and ownership in a highly disruptive product Working hands-on with serial entrepreneurs who have created $100M+ valued companies Where you'll work Although his position is remote, we have a strong preference for someone in Los Angeles, Ca who can sit with our team.
