Job Summary As a Jewelry Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to clients seeking the perfect jewelry pieces. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing products, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. Your passion for jewelry and ability to communicate effectively will help drive sales and foster lasting relationships with customers. Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping journey. * Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of various jewelry items. * Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with transactions and manage stock levels effectively. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases while ensuring satisfaction. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of jewelry products. * Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently. * Provide bilingual support to enhance communication with diverse clientele (if applicable). * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
