Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
• Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and manage cash register operations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organized and stocked sales counter, ensuring all products are readily available.
• Handle Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for smooth transaction processing.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Experience
• Previous experience in Archery is required!
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Knowledge of product demos and upselling strategies is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
