Location: Beverly Hills 90048 Hanok K-Beauty is a BRAND NEW 4500sqft skincare & facial spa focused on natural derived products and services with Korean beauty culture at its core. Hanok K-Beauty is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team Beverly Hills location. If you thrive in a customer-facing environment, excel in excellent customer services, and possess excellent sales, communication, and organizational skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

: Greet and welcome clients with a bright and professional demeanor Consult clients on services and products offered Check-in and out guests using POS software & maintaining bookings Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and pleasant customer experience Working with high profile clients, celebs, athletes, and mega influencers is a plus. What We are Looking For: Previous experience in sales, receptionist, customer service, or front desk: especially in the cosmetics, beauty, or skincare industry a plus; but not required Excellence in customer service and a natural sales drive highly desired Exceptional communication and interpersonal and teamwork skills Bilingual English and Korean highly desired Genuine interest and a general scope of knowledge for K-Beauty products and esthetics / facials a huge plus BA/BS Degree a plus, but not required - we focus on work experience
