Compensation

: $7,500 guarantee + performance-based bonuses What You 'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Help guests select vehicles, conduct test drives, and explain financing options
• Follow up with leads and past customers to build lasting relationships
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and in person
• Meet daily sales goals and report progress to your manager
• Represent Pack Auto Group with professionalism and enthusiasm What We 're Looking For:
• Friendly, energetic personality with strong communication skills
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred, but not required
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• A professional appearance and team-player attitude
