Duties * Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest. * Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. * Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales team to understand target markets and refine outreach strategies. * Negotiate appointment times that accommodate both client and sales team schedules. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment-setting process. * Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in outreach methods and techniques. Skills * Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients. * Experience in warm calling, demonstrating an ability to engage prospects positively. * Strong sales acumen with a focus on business development strategies. * Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential leads. * Skilled in negotiating appointment times while maintaining a professional demeanor. * Experience in technical sales is a plus, providing insight into product offerings. * Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all potential clients. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and appointments efficiently.
