Catering Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role involves managing catering events, training staff, and ensuring that all food handling practices meet safety standards. The Catering Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality service and fostering a positive team environment.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of catering operations, including planning, execution, and follow-up of events.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for catering services.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and adherence to health regulations.
• Train and develop staff in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and inventory tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas.
• Lead by example to foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence among staff members.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu options that cater to diverse client preferences. Experience
• Proven experience in restaurant management or catering operations within a quick service fast food restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and health regulations is essential.
• Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is preferred but not mandatory.
• A background in coffee preparation or service is a plus but not required.
